2. Scope

This policy covers (a) the company website at dalesi.site and (b) AquaSort Journey (package com.aquasort.journey, version 1.0.0). App-specific practices are stated in Section 9 and match V1.0 behavior described in the product materials for AquaSort Journey.

If you contact us by email, phone, or the website contact form (mailto), we receive the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, subject, and message content. We do not operate advertising SDKs or analytics trackers on this website at this time.

4. How we use website information

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, provide support, and maintain ordinary business records related to your request.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate email or hosting, or when required by law. AquaSort Journey V1.0 does not upload gameplay or progress data to us, so there is no app progress data for us to share.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by applicable law. For AquaSort Journey, level progress, stars, themes, and streak data remain on your device and can be cleared in Settings or by uninstalling the app.

7. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we receive. No method of transmission is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing cameron@dalesi.site. For AquaSort Journey, local progress can be cleared in Settings (“Clear all progress”) or by uninstalling the app.

9. Mobile application — AquaSort Journey

AquaSort Journey is a classic water-sort puzzle game: tap a source tube, then a destination tube to pour color layers; 70+ levels across a chapter journey map, with special mechanics such as locked layers, hidden layers, and move-limited levels.

• No account: Registration or sign-in is not required. Level progress, stars, bottle themes, daily streak, and settings stay on your device only.
• Offline play: V1.0 has no INTERNET permission. All 70+ levels are built into the app. Gameplay data is not uploaded to our servers.
• No ads, analytics, or in-app purchases: V1.0 includes no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no real-money in-app purchases.
• Local data on device: May include level clear state, star ratings, move history for undo, chapter unlocks, bottle theme selection, daily streak, optional reminder settings, and accessibility preferences such as color-blind patterns.
• Notifications: Optional daily-level reminder; disabled by default. POST_NOTIFICATIONS is requested only when you enable reminders. Reminders are local and not used for advertising.
• Haptics: Optional vibration feedback on tube tap may be used when enabled in Settings; it can be turned off at any time.
• Permissions not used for gameplay: V1.0 does not access contacts, precise location/GPS, camera, or microphone for puzzle play.
• Children / audience: General-audience puzzle game with no social features. Not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

For Google Play Data safety, V1.0 is aligned with no data collection by the developer. Uninstalling the app removes on-device save data through the normal OS uninstall process. If a future version needs network features, accounts, ads, analytics, or additional permissions, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required disclosures before the change takes effect.

10. Children

This website and AquaSort Journey are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website or the app.

11. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted. Material changes for AquaSort Journey will be reflected on this page, and the in-app Privacy copy should match the current public release.
