By accessing dalesi.site or using our mobile application AquaSort Journey (package com.aquasort.journey), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.

2. Site purpose

This website provides company information and general descriptions of services offered by DALESI CORP. Service descriptions are informational. Written agreements control any engagement scope.

3. Mobile application — AquaSort Journey

AquaSort Journey is an entertainment puzzle app published by DALESI CORP for personal use. The app and its in-app level content are provided as-is. V1.0 has no real-money gambling, wagering, or in-app purchases. Progress and settings stay on your device. Support: support@aquasortjourney.app · App Support. 4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that harms operations, or use the site or app for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, app materials, and in-app level content are owned by DALESI CORP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for fair personal viewing or personal use of the app.

6. No warranties

The site and AquaSort Journey are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee commercial results, store approval outcomes, advertising performance, installs, or revenue.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DALESI CORP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or app, or reliance on their content.
